The Presidents Sporting Club Celebrity Golf Classic was held at Brocket Hall, Welwyn, Hertfordshire on Thursday 13th July 2023.
The celebrities that played on the day included Sir Trevor Brooking, Dame Denise Lewis, Dave Beasant, Stuart Bingham, Bob Champion, Martin Chivers, John Conteh, Steve Coppell, Kerry Dixon, Eddie Edwards, John Francome, George Graham, Pat Jennings, Alan Kennedy, John Lyons, John Lyons, Tiff Needell, Lawrie Sanchez, Dean Saunders, Peter Shilton, Derek Thompson, Rory Underwood and Kevin Whately
Prizes were presented at the Gala Dinner by our President Frank Bruno, Sir Trevor Brooking and Peter Shilton followed by entertainment from our compere Roger Dakin, Comedian Jed Stone and The Singing Waiters. The evening was concluded with a Q&A session between Jed Stone and Frank Bruno.
We were delighted to welcome the Five Star Grand Hotel Savoia as one of our Official Sponsors of this year’s event. They generously provided a special voucher for a 2-night stay in Cortina. And with a round of golf in the Italian mountain range of the Dolomites, there could not be a more perfect setting to escape to.
